Wine is a delicate product, and we pay particular attention to transportation conditions.
We only work with transport companies specialized in wine shipping and prioritize air freight whenever possible. We exclusively partner with major carriers such as UPS and DHL, with whom we have established strict quality requirements.
The wine is packed in reinforced, specialized packaging designed to protect it from both breakage and temperature variations.
All wines shipped to you are insured against all transport-related risks: breakage, theft, or alteration of the bottles’ visual or tasting quality. We take no risks when it comes to shipping, so your wine arrives in perfect condition.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT DELIVERY
- Delivery
We pay special attention to the transportation conditions of your wine, with express home delivery managed by our partner PLANET AURA.
This allows you to receive your wine as quickly as possible in France, Europe, Taiwan, and the USA.
Before shipment, the wine is stored in the facilities of PLANET PROVENCE under optimal storage conditions.
We keep you informed by email throughout every stage of your order processing.
Our partner PLANET AURA will provide you with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel directly on the carrier’s website until delivery to your home. Deliveries are handled by UPS or DHL.
- Specialized Packaging
The wines are packed in specialized packaging designed for 6 bottles.
These packages protect the wines against breakage and temperature fluctuations.
- Delivery Times, Tracking, and Shipping Methods
Deliveries are carried out by our logistics partners UPS or DHL.
Your parcels are prepared by PLANET PROVENCE and delivered directly to your home or office.
On the day of shipment, you will receive an email informing you that your order has been handed over to the carrier.
This email will also include a tracking link allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery through our partner’s shipment tracking system.
- Receiving Your Parcel
On the day of delivery, please remember to inspect your parcel to ensure it has not been damaged during transport.
If your parcel has been damaged, it is essential that you refuse the delivery and report the issue directly on the delivery driver’s device.
Please then inform us either by email at contact@discoverwine.fr or by phone at +33 (0)6.07.37.19.04.
- In Case of Absence on the Day of Delivery
If you are absent during delivery, the driver will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox explaining how to arrange another delivery appointment.
You may also receive an SMS notification if your parcel is delivered to a pickup point after repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts.
- Returns and Refunds
Any return shipment is at the customer’s expense. Please contact us by email at contact@discoverwine.fr so we can provide you with the necessary return instructions.
If your parcel has been damaged (breakage), Planet Provence offers two options:
- Replacement of damaged products (please return the affected wine if the bottle itself remains intact)
- Refund of your order by bank transfer
